Born in 1937 in Beirut - Lebanon, Son of Hagop Bouldoukian (Shoe Industrialist) and Araxie Arakélian, Married in 1969 to Nicole Berjon, three children: Choghik, Taline, Dzovig. Holds a Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A) from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon in 1964. Secondary education: Hovaguimian-Manoukian, AGBU School for Boys , Beirut.
Consulting Career
Central Banking consultant at the Commission of European Communities (TACIS program), Brussels, for financial restructuring in the Republics of the former Soviet Union (1992-1994), with special reference to Central Banking Legislation, Banking Supervision, Savings bank restructuring, Privatization, Payment and Clearing Systems and the creation of Commercial banks in: Armenia, Georgia, Moscow, Tyumen (Western Siberia, oil & gaz region), Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
